Label set up in 1983 by the group Siouxsie & The Banshees. Initial releases were by Banshees related artists The Creatures and The Glove. Releases were manufactured and distributed by Polydor in the UK. First release on the label was [m502142 (SHE 1) in April 1983, last one was [m42477 (SHE 23) in February 1995. Each release on the Wonderland label was issued with a different variant of the Wonderland logo.
