The Broads were an all female band founded in 1980 in Utrecht, The Netherlands. Consisted off Heleen Schuttevaer (Vocals, Piano, Keyboards), Judith Fuldauer (Vocals), Marwyah Saëbu (Vocals), Marian Tang (Vocals), Lutgard Mutsaers (Bass, Backing Vocals) en Bep Zwerus (Drums). They covered swing music from the Tin Pan Alley-era and played them in a mordern disco style. In 1981 they played at the North Sea Jazz Festival. They released 2 singles in 1983 (Sing Sing Sing & I Got Rhythm). They Disbanded just 1 year later in 1984.
