Shanghai is a blues/hard rock band from England, United Kingdom, that was formed in 1973 under the name Fresh Meat (3). In 1974, the band first changed its name to Hobo (15) and then to Shanghai. Not to be confused with Shanghai (4) and Shanghai (9) from the USA and Shanghai (8) from Germany.
