Collection: Mr. Pickwick
Initially a standalone children's music imprint of Pickwick in the UK, from approximately 1964 until 1980. It issued mainly 7" 45 RPM EPs.
In North America, [bMr. Pickwick[/b was successor to the Cricket (2) and Happy Time Records labels, and lasted from roughly 1972 until at least 1976. It reissued some earlier products and kid-friendly cover versions of contemporary material as well as LPs based on [iMister Rogers' Neighborhood[/i, an American children's show broadcast on public television.
In the UK the brand was active since 1973 when the company changed the address to "The Hyde..." see the link below.
[bMr. Pickwick[/b since approximately 1974 was the main label of the French branch of Pickwick France .
