Canadian record label established 1973 in Toronto by former [l202836 sales manager [a3397403's record company LaBuick Sound, Inc. Launched in February 1973 along with its sister label [l464212. Canadian manufacturing and distribution was handled by Pickwick Records Of Canada Ltd. Australian distribution was handled by [l98017. US distribution was initially handled by Pickwick. Initially the label lasted until 1974 when LaBuick pivoted focus to launching [l52245. After the success of [l52245 and [l441499 the label was relaunched ca. 1978 and a U.S. office was opened.
